If you're not prepared to focus on it, then you don't deserve it.
If you're not prepared to focus on what you want, then you don't deserve it...
If you're not willing to invest, to work, to put the time aside..consistently...then it won't work for you...
Most people have desires & dreams, but they never even bother to write them down, or they do it once a year...then they say they are too busy, they've done it before, or they just don't feel like it...
It just won't come to you unless you're focusing on it & putting in the practice every damn day...
Most people do the same thing day in day out, they keep doing the things they did yesterday, they have the same thoughts, then they wonder why the results haven't shown up...
If you want something you don't currently have, you have to do something you haven't done before...
It's an action, but the action is working on mindset as the core foundation...
Yes the actions are also in the physical world, but these will be shown to you...
With a new mindset, comes a new perspective, a new energy, which is a new frequency, which attracts in new people, opportunities, money, gifts...
All of a sudden weight starts to drop off that you've been trying to lose, you feel motivated to workout, you feel excited to get out of bed, prospect clients start randomly reaching out to work with you, random chunks of money flows to you...
That's what focusing on what you want everyday does...
I once read if you're too busy to meditate for 30mins, then do it for an hour...
Focusing on the life you want is the same, if you feel like your life is a total shit show, then this is exactly when to double down and focus on carving out time & energy and deciding what your new beliefs are & connecting to the possibilities...
I know it can feel like when you're in survival mode that you don't have time to do this type of thing because it feels like everything is falling apart and your madly trying to duck tape shit together...
But putting the focus in everyday on reaffirming your new life is the ultimate expression of faith & trust...
I know it can be difficult to have faith & trust when it feels like you're just keeping afloat...
But don't give up, I promise it's waiting for you, it's a matter of you showing up for it...by showing up consistently, by opening all your doors for it to come through...
This might sound like a contradiction to what I've said in the past that you don't have to do anything to deserve the life you desire...firstly I'm full of contradictions...but actually there is a slight difference here...
Yes you don't need to do anything because if you truely desire it, then it's already yours, it wasn't put in you to tease you, it's a roadmap, & it's already waiting for you...but it is 'waiting' for you..
It's waiting for you to claim it.
To decide on it.
To be ruthless with it
To man-handle it...
But also to surrender & trust that it's coming to you...
It's waiting for you to step into the version of yourself who of course has all the money, the epic relationship, the beautiful home, the strong & lean body, the booming business...
And that version of you takes action- not from a place of lack, but because that's just who she is..
So sit your ass down, make time for the life you want, every damn day.
