Imagine you did all the things you said you would

Imagine if we did all the things we said we would do.

Where would you be right now?

I would be elegantly surfing 8 ft barrels, my business would be 7 figures and I would never have any re-growth- just shiny, clean, blow-waved freshly coloured hair.

I'm being playful, but in all seriousness, what fruits would have grown by now if you did what you said you would do.

You would probably have a great body, your insides would be clean and vibrant, you would have close and true relationships since you put in the effort, you would have a range of skills- speak diffrent languages, play guitar, sing like an angel. You would have a nice investment portfolio by now, cash in the bank. You would be an expert in your field, the go-to person at work, you would have a thriving business.

Imagine if we did it now and stuck to it?

Imagine!!

Who would you become along the way? Because that is really the hidden treasure, how being dedicated and focused unfolds and shapes us into the version of ourselves that can communicate, that can dive in, that can love and be loved, that is resourceful and versatile, that knows how to master.

Why is it that we don't always follow through?

Is it self-sabotage. I don't think so.

It's our primal brain of calculating input and output.

We are efficiency focused at core so if we sub-consciously believe it will cost us more than what we will get back we won't be able to make ourselves do it.

It's not as simple as setting out a goal, we need to program our entire being to be on board with it.

And many goals are just 'cool' but not actually our true deep desires.

So before anything get to know who you are and where your soul is leading you- because it's leading you somewhere, we just might not be listening.

Then get your entire being on board with it, when the subconscious is sees the output much greater than the cost you will follow through.

Imagine where you would be now if you started 5 years ago and did it everyday?

You would be an expert, a master at it!

New Years is a time that people make half-baked goals and proclamations. You don't need to do that anymore.
