Put the wood on the fire baby
I want to do it.....but not right now.
The classical thought pattern that keeps us at the same level...
I'll wait until I have the heat first and then I'll add the wood.
It doesn't work like then when you're making fire & it doesn't work like that when you're making money.
You give something first, you add the wood first, you invest first, you step into the version of yourself before you have the things...that's how the fire gets lit..
It doesn't just magically happen, even though you've been sitting for years watching it wondering why it hasn't started yet?...maybe I need to sweep more, maybe I need to just wait a little longer, or maybe I'll get a website designer.
You know exactly what needs to be done, it's time to put the wood on the damn fire.
No more waiting, no more tomorrowing.
The wood is making the offer.
It's investing your money.
It's investing in yourself (but not yet another program that you need to take before you make the offer, don't get stuck in that cycle).
It's buying the shoes.
It's indulging and eating the food your body and soul wants to eat.
It's getting your ass up and working out.
It's having fun and playing.
It's laying on your bed with your feet up the wall reading a book....
It's whatever the fuck you've been telling yourself you'll do once you have the fire lit. This is how the fire gets started.
You do it before you're ready.
'it's too expensive', 'I'm not ready', 'I don't have the time'....this is never the reason, yes practically you think it is, but it's not, it's because you don't trust it will actually work out for you.
Keep telling yourself this and stay exactly where you are, looking at the fireplace, hoping it will light itself.
Or you can step into the life, and step into the future version of you that already has all the things, that's all you need to do, the how will work itself out.
